Advance Maintenance Notice

To allow for planned upgrade and essential maintenance work to the Toyota and Lexus Euro 5 search functions. It will be necessary to suspend access to these services for approximately 72 hours. Work is scheduled to commence on June 14th but may still be subject to change. This notice will be updated to reflect any change in schedule.

Searching is free of charge, but you must be registered. If you want to actually view the information, please proceed to online subscriptions. Click here.

Generally Euro 5 compliant vehicles are manufactured from late 2009 onward. Not all 2009 & 2010 registered vehicles are Euro 5 compliant, if you cannot find vehicles or related information in the EURO 5 search, go to the Repair tab and search again there.

A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) sometimes referred to as chassis number is a 17-character sequence of numbers and letters that is used by the automobile industry to uniquely identify motor vehicles. Safety Recalls

To confirm if your vehicle is or has been affected by a recall campaign, you will need your vehicle identification number (VIN). There is no charge for this information, but for security reasons we ask users to first register and log-in to this website. Information on applicable ECU re-calibration software is provided by Technical Service Bulletin.

Please note: ECU calibrations are specific to vehicle and VIN. Use of an incorrect calibration file may damage your vehicle. If in doubt, contact your nearest Authorised Repairer.

Viewing Euro 5 information is subject to a minimum charge of 3€ for one hour access. You can extend access up to twelve months if required.
